HALO is there for the policyholder and their immediate family too.

When they make a claim, one of our claims specialists takes time to understand their situation and listen to their concerns. In many cases these concerns are medical, but sometimes they’re about legal, financial or practical day-to-day issues.

Our claims specialist then uses their experience and network of expert contacts to recommend and put in place the support needed.

And in most cases the entire cost of the help offered is covered by the policy.
